I'd be seriously worried if you couldn't agree with yourself.

You might have trouble finding "Lothian Leagues/AGM", unless you have a Dr Who Time Warp machine to go back to the 80's. No wonder your missus is suspicious every time you say you're off to a Lothian League committee meeting ;)

The ESSA AGM might more suitably debate such a proposal, the Committee Secretary is the relevant committee member for proposals, not the League Secretary.

Will the proposal be sophisticated enough to recognise that the top open leagues could find one recognised scoring method suitable, the bottom leagues another and the ladies leagues yet another? The WSF recognised scoring methods being HiHo9, PAR-11 and PAR-15. More complex than
letting the 2 players decide, as at present, with HiHo9 being the default. Maybe it would be easier to educate people that they have a choice

You'd be surprised just how often I actually disagree with myself, although I wouldn't dare disagree with Mr Khan himself.

And what have you been telling my missus? :!:

I don't care what anyones' missus, WSF, WWF, Jansher Khan, Helicopter pilot Tom or anyone says, the next time that Colin and I play we will be using the point-a-rally system. Unless one or other of us can learn to play a winning shot somehow.

I'm still sore after our match a week ago was still at 0-0 in the first after about 10 minutes and 125 hand-outs. A score of 63-62 would have sounded a lot more exciting.
